  • Is It Save To Buy On This Website?

     

    When a buyer checks out to make payment for items purchased on www.supergood.sg, he/she has the option to make payment using PayPal, credit card or bank fund transfer to our company's corporate account with OCBC Bank Singapore.  Super Good Pte Ltd will not request for transfer of funds to any third party or personal accounts. 

     

    Super Good Pte Ltd also does not capture or store a copy of your credit card or bank account information.  All payment for goods purchased on www.supergood.sg are done directly on PayPal's Secured Payment Gateway or via buyer's own internet banking access.  These payment methods are outside our e-commerce platform and there is no way for us to have access to your credit card or banking information. 

     

    The only information that we collect is your contact information to facilitate delivery, warranty claim and future communication.  Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

     

  • Delivery Time

     

    We aim to deliver your item within 3 business days after payment is received.  Delivery will be carried out by our own delivery staff or through a courier comany. 

     

    If item is out of stock, we will inform customers of the expected delivery date.

     

  • Warranty Coverage

     

    Most of our products come with standard 3 months free warranty.  However for selected product, you can have option to purchase extended warranty of 1 year at a nominal cost.  Please see individual product page for details.

     

    Warranty Terms and Conditions

    1. The warranty covers the item from manufacturing defects only.  It does not cover damage due to misuse or mishandling by the buyer.
    2. Buyers are requested to activate the warranty on our website immediately upon receipt of the item.

     

    Warranty Claim

    1. In the event that the item becomes faulty during the warranty period, buyer should contract seller at email: enquiry@supergood.sg to arrange a time to bring the faulty item to our office.
    2. We have the full discretion on how to handle the warranty claims.  This include but not limited to (i) replacement of the faulty item with a new item (ii) send the item back to the manufacturer for repair.
    3. In the event that the item is no longer in production or if it is beyond economical repair, seller reserves the right to replace the faulty item with similar product with similar value.

     

  • Payment Methods

     

    We accept the following payment methods:

     

    1. Major credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Dinner via Paypal payment gateway.

    2. Paypal account

    3. Bank transfer to Super Good Pte Ltd's account with OCBC Bank.  We will advice the account number when your order is successfully sent.

     

     

  • Buyer Protection

  • Return or Refund

     

    Items sold on this website are non returnable.  On exceptional cases, we might allow exchange of the item for something of similar or lower value provided the item to be returned is unopened in its original packing and all accessories are intact.

     

    Fund paid is non refundable once the item has been successfully delivered to the buyer.  In the event of non delivery or delivery of wrong item due to seller's error, please contact us at enquiry@supergood.sg for investigation.  We might advice you to raise a dispute resolution ticket with PayPal if item is lost in the mail.  Please see PayPal buyer protection info at:  https://www.paypal.com.sg/ppwish/buyer-protection/
